Round 1
George is staggered by a jab to the chin. The fighters circle each other. George Boucher throws a cross that easily dodged by Heath Francis. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Francis is jockeying for position in the clinch. Heath sinks locks up George and launches him over his leg, putting him into half guard. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Boucher gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. George Boucher attempts to pull guard, but slips, putting him on the ground, and with Heath standing over him. Heath Francis attempts to drop a fist on George Boucher, but misses and lands in his guard. George lands a stiff elbow while on his back. Heath Francis drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Heath drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Boucher sets in an omaplata, forcing Francis to roll through, giving Boucher side control. Round 2 is finished.

Round 3
Francis starts to put on the pressure, forcing Boucher back into the corner. Francis takes advantage and clinches. While tied up Heath Francis executes a shoulder throw giving him dominant side control. Heath lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Francis attempts an armbar, but George Boucher stops the attempt. Francis uses the oppurtunity to take mount. Boucher shifts his head and hips to keep Heath off balance and unable to land strikes. Heath swings his leg over locking in a textbook armbar. George taps out.
