Round 1
"Frankenberry" is cut open under the eye by a standing elbow strike. Lobo sends "Frankenberry" to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Cesar pulls out of the guard of Dalton Simmons, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Dalton Simmons. Cesar Lobo pushes down Dalton Simmonss leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Cesar drops an elbow onto the forehead of Dalton. Cesar Lobo slips out of half guard and into side control. Simmons gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Dalton starts to wiggle out of back control, Cesar lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Cesar Lobo is hit with a jab then a hook to the body and stumbles backward. Dalton tries to press the action but is met with a push kick from Cesar Lobo that puts him on the floor. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Dalton Simmons works Cesar Lobo into the cage from the clinch. Dalton Simmons presses his head under Cesars chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Cesar Lobo grabs the plum and pulls Dalton Simmonss face towards a powerful knee which is blocked. Cesar Lobo lets go of the hold and lands a hook. Cesar lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Dalton. Dalton parries Cesar Lobos jab and connect with a cross. Dalton parries Cesar Lobos jab and connect with a cross. "Frankenberry" is hit with a jab then a hook to the body and stumbles backward. Cesar tries to press the action but is met with a push kick from "Frankenberry" that puts him on the floor. Dalton Simmons stands over Lobo, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Lobo cannot trap him in his guard and pushes him away instead. Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
The fighters circle each other. Dalton Simmons dodges a jab and throws a kick to the midsection of Cesar Lobo. Lobo lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Simmons. "Frankenberry" connects with a hard right hand putting Cesar Lobo on the mat. "Frankenberry" goes down with him into side control. Round 3 is finished.
