Round 1
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Feldman places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Price drops down and thrusts forward with a textbook double leg takedown. Price tries to move to half guard but Dirk Feldman uses the opportunity to land several strikes and return to full guard. Dirk pulls "King Slayer Slayer" close and connects with a few heel strikes to the back. Dirk Feldman attempts a kimura from the bottom. Kyle Price blocks the attempt and smothers Dirk Feldman who transitions to an armbar attempt. Kyle Price is able to defend this as well and works back into guard. "King Slayer Slayer" attempts to set in a hammer lock from being caught in the guard. Dirk slips out of it at the last moment. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
Kyle grabs for a clinch but Dirk grazes him with an uppercut. Kyle staggers back, then surprises Dirk with a powerful superman punch. "The Blood Dragon" throws a cross that easily dodged by "King Slayer Slayer". Dirk Feldman connects with a series of punches forcing Price into a clinch. "King Slayer Slayer" attempts a takedown from the clinch, but "The Blood Dragon" pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Kyle Price narrowly dodges a cross from Feldman, but falls catching him in his guard. Kyle backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Dirk Feldman narrowly dodges a cross from Kyle, but falls catching him in his guard. Dirk sets in an omaplata, forcing Kyle to roll through, giving Dirk side control. "King Slayer Slayer" takes a few knees to the body while under Dirks side control. Price give up a knee to belly and is hit with multiple strikes. Dirk Feldman waits for Price to defend with the near arm and executes an armbar. Price taps.
