Round 1
Mark connects with a brutal kick to the liver of Oyinlola who falls to the ground. Mark waves him back to his feet. Akwa Oyinlola winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Akwa Oyinlola parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. Mark Whelan circles Oyinlola, landing jabs and crosses at will. "Nigerian Circuss" legs are wobbled by a strong hook to the temple then a shovel punch to the jaw. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
Whelan circles "Nigerian Circus", landing jabs and crosses at will. "Nigerian Circus" parries Whelans jab and lands an uppercut. "Nigerian Circus" blocks a hook cross combo but is pushed backward. Mark Whelan tries to press the action but is met with a hook, uppercut that keeps him at bay. Akwa Oyinlola throws a cross that easily dodged by Mark. Whelan circles Akwa Oyinlola, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Akwa is hit with another solid leg kick and begins to buckle. Mark follows with another kick to the leg then a strong jab-cross. Akwa falls to the ground and verbally taps as he is unable to stand.
