Round 1 Thompson throws a push kick. Stepka shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Edwin Thompsons nose.
Thompson attempts a striking combination, but Stepka Pavlov forces the clinch. Edwin receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Stepka. Stepka works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Stepka takes Thompsons back standing. Thompson isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Stepka lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Thompson to release. Edwin Thompson hits an uppercut to the head of Pavlov followed by a hard hook. Stepka Pavlov connects with numerous jabs to the face of Edwin Thompson. Pavlov connects with a hard punch making Edwin Thompson bring him in to a tight clinch. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Edwin Thompson is staggered by a jab to the chin. Pavlov throws a few jabs at Edwin that miss the mark. Edwin hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Thompson hits an uppercut to the head of Pavlov followed by a hard hook. Stepka changes level for a shot, but Edwin sprawls and knocks him out with a strong right hook.
