Womens divisions have title belts, but there is a bug with the show belts display showing the icon beside fighter name for them, that's being worked on. If you have a div without a belt there should be an auto challenge that comes out sooner or later. The single div options for women is to spread around the fighters a bit so each individual org is more populated. As player population grows more orgs can be added to that list.
