Hey man feel free to ask any questions. My fighters start out in Tier 2 because my camp has more than 500 wins. Once your camp gets over 500 wins, your fighters automatically start in a tier 2 organization instead of Shaato since you aren't really an "inexperienced" camp anymore. And thanks for the compliment on my fighter :)
