I'd use a stand-up style with Lenny, maybe CS. Just work on his Boxing.

Tim: Maybe FS would be good for him, train JJ and Reflex, and avoid GnP.

Dalton: Ever tried cutting to WW with him? He could make it. You could use PL if you trained Sambo, or make him an 8pts by training him with Steve.

Gus Thomas: very well rounded, good weight, you were a bit unlucky with the style matchups. He could SnB against some ground styles, GnP against FS and PG, even LnP against smaller CS and 8pts - I'd work on Speed, Footwork and Reflex and switch like crazy with this guy.

Dick James: too small, he'll be at a disadvantage everytime. His stats are great, you can use PL, FF, SFTF, GnP...but CS would need Reflex. I'd keep him as a trainer and retire him as soon as your other fighters are on his level.

Hey man, I just saw you comment. Some of you guys are made for styles I don't use, but I'll do my best: Steve Popham - keep him, he's good for 8pts, you could switch to FF or CD too. I THINK 8pts needs brawling along with the stats he's already good at/; balance and reflex wouldn't hurt either. Avoid opponents with flying subs, if you work on brawling and power, you could use swing for the fences against them.
