Gus Thomas: very well rounded, good weight, you were a bit unlucky with the style matchups. He could SnB against some ground styles, GnP against FS and PG, even LnP against smaller CS and 8pts - I'd work on Speed, Footwork and Reflex and switch like crazy with this guy.
Dick James: too small, he'll be at a disadvantage everytime. His stats are great, you can use PL, FF, SFTF, GnP...but CS would need Reflex. I'd keep him as a trainer and retire him as soon as your other fighters are on his level.
Hey man, I just saw you comment. Some of you guys are made for styles I don't use, but I'll do my best:
Steve Popham - keep him, he's good for 8pts, you could switch to FF or CD too. I THINK 8pts needs brawling along with the stats he's already good at/; balance and reflex wouldn't hurt either. Avoid opponents with flying subs, if you work on brawling and power, you could use swing for the fences against them.
