Well most importantly always try and fight your fighters at a weight class lower then they start at, for example I see you got a 188 pound guy fighting at mw, try him at ww. Next pick a style and stick with it, put all your money into only that equipment that trains that 1 style you pick, example Pull Guard uses JJ,Flex,Strength and Wrestling so train your guys in those areas and only upgrade that equipment.
