Grats on your first fight...don't get discouraged. This is a game that takes a while to get the hang of and your first generation of recruits will take forever to build up and may never get to be that good....but as they retire and second gen comes in you will see improvemnt. Ask any questions you have.
You have to sign a contract first. then you can pick your fights. If you have not done so yet go to the forums...it will help. Check out Sad and Blazes guide in the general help section. will tell you what to train for what style and what works against what. Try to pick a style and work your guys towards it.
