The best advice I could give you is to focus a little more on a few styles for your guys. It's a little bit easier for camps who are just standing. Going with the well rounded approach requires a ton of research and knowing style match-ups VERY well. You could still build a well rounded fighters, but definitely be strong in a style. For example I would have a guy with a 8P/CD/FF switch with some stats for G&P to fight up jiu jitsu players, but I'd drill in my main style first.
