Good fight. Both of our guys are pretty green, but I would recommend working on your takedowns (wrestling + power),your flex (sub defense) and some striking. I also had a HUGE weight advantage. 236 pounds is very small for a Heavyweight. Don't mean to be condescending, but you looked like you were new to the game. Hope that helps. Good luck!
