Shocking. At the peak of his career, right after his 1st win in EFC (it was a camp achievemente as well)Ian was forced to quit MMA. After a spine injury, the doctor told him he could never fight again. So at 31 yrs of age, Ian retires, 8 yrs after his debut. Ian gets a 49-32 rec, 4 Pankrash and 4 Ring Rage MW titles and the record of ACADEMYs BEST FIGHTER OF ALL TIMES (rank #160), overcoming mythical Sammy Hughes. He also made the 1st TO GET TO EFC Achievement. THANK YOU IAN!!

In his 1st appearance in STRIKEFORCE, Ian won 4 out of 6 fights... the result? HES THE FIRST FIGHTER OF TRIGO TOP TEAM TO REACH EFC!!!!! GREAT!!! We waited almost 3 months for this to happen!!! HOooahhh!!! Ian gets himself a place in the Academys ACHIEVEMENT BOARD!!

Ian had a somewhat unsucessfull period with A-1, though it caught attention. He got offered a contract for STRIKEFEST!!!! Beautiful day at the Academy. We have our first fighter in STRIFEST!!! Altough Ian is not a huge fighter, he has been on our top 3 fighters for a while. Good Luck!!!

Wowww!! No title here but Ians had the best debut in LEGENDS he could ever dream of!!! Ian just went to the cage and submitted the former LEGENDS Champion Jerry Lundy, with an armbar at only 1:20 of the 1st Round!!!! Lundy is a 4 time LEGEND champion with an amazing record of 23-7 (#37).

Ian defended sucessfully defended his title for the 2nd time against the 2 time CAGE champion Lachlan White. Lachlan was coming from a win over our newest fighter Chavito Nunez in a very disputed fight, but he didnt have the class to stand up against a fighter like Ian Robinson. Ian left Pankrash and signed a 4 fights deal with Preliator. Good Luck!!
