I consider him Luke Bailey's brother, and skillwise, he was about as good as Luke. Rob Bailey was an average fighter through the lower tiers, until he switched from his usual sambo approach using PL, to becoming a PG fighter. After that, he won the Shaato WW belt, defending it four times, and eventually became a Preliator champion. Unfortunately, Rob was a case of a fighter hitting his potential too late, and soon retired after a failed second shot at the Preliator title.
