Don't drop him back back to Tier 1. I know it seems like getting the record is more important but really your fighters records mean nothing. Really the goal is to get your fighters to the higher orgs. This guy might actually have terrible hiddens but you'll never actaully know if you have a good fighter unless you let your guys move up. Just trying to help you out, I used to do something similar.
