Round 1
Manny Watson hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Manny connects with numerous jabs to the face of Frye. Manny attempts to clinch, but Frye connects with an uppercut to the jaw. "The Phantom" chips away at Manny with a series of kicks to the legs. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Frye hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Watson. Watson throws a push kick. "The Phantom" shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Watsons nose. Manny eats a stiff kick to the face. Frye Moore connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Frye Moore shuffles away from Watsons strikes and lands a powerful chopping kick to the lead leg. Manny Watson backs away, obviously feeling the affects of the kick. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Manny Watson winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Frye connects with a hard punch making Watson bring him in to a tight clinch. Frye works to Manny Watsons back while standing. Frye throws a couple of outside shots until Watson is able to work his way back to the clinch. Frye Moore works to Manny Watsons back while standing. Frye Moore throws a couple of outside shots until Manny Watson is able to work his way back to the clinch. "The Phantom" attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Manny Watson pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Manny Watson is met with a strong kick to the ribs. Frye keeps Watson at a distance with some well timed jabs. Frye lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs. Manny Watson connects with a jab cross combination. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
A left high kick from Frye Moore keeps Manny Watson at bay. Manny Watson throws a few jabs at Frye that miss the mark. After dodging a jab-cross, "The Phantom" lands a kick to the liver of Watson who steps back and begins to take a knee. "The Phantom" rushes forward to capitalize but Watson stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Both fighters begin to exchange Moore catches Watson with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Watson gather himself. Watson says he is ok and the fight continues. Manny Watson throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Moore is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. A wild hook from Manny is ducked by Moore who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. "The Phantom" attempts a takedown, but cannot finish it. Manny takes advantage of the moment taking side control. Round 3 is finished.

Round 4
Frye throws an axe kick that misses the target. Frye parries Mannys jab and connect with a cross. After dodging a jab-cross, "The Phantom" lands a kick to the liver of Manny Watson who steps back and begins to take a knee. "The Phantom" rushes forward to capitalize but Manny Watson stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Manny is staggered by a jab to the chin. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 5
Watson throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Frye Moore. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "The Phantom" lands some solid knees to the legs of Watson from the clinch. Moore works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. "The Phantom" takes the back of Manny who works for a kimura. "The Phantom" pulls his arm out of the hold and push Manny away. Moore tries to hyperextend the knee of Manny Watson with a kick to the kneecap. Manny Watson hops back to avoid it. Manny connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Manny throws a hard jab but "The Phantom" throws a cross right over the top rocking Manny. Frye connects with a teep to the face of Watson. The bell signals the end of round 5.
