Round 1
"MK12" parries Castros jab and connect with a cross. Mauro Castro throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. "MK12" is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Masato Kanada snaps back the head of Mauro Castro with a stiff jab. Mauro keeps Masato Kanada at a distance with some well timed jabs. Mauro Castro slips a cross from Masato and lands jab cross to the body. Mauro grabs for a clinch but Masato Kanada grazes him with an uppercut. Mauro staggers back, then surprises Masato Kanada with a powerful superman punch. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
Mauro Castro circles Masato, landing jabs and crosses at will. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. "MK12" moves in to press the action, but Mauro Castro lands a heavy back kick. Masato Kanada is hit with a stiff double jab and stumbles to the mat, rolling to his back. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
"Dos Cigaros PorFavor" catches a leg kick from Kanada, and puts him on the mat. Masato begins to posture on his side. Mauro lands a couple of outside hooks and Masato returns to the guard. "Dos Cigaros PorFavor" passes through Kanadas guard into mount. Kanada gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Mauro tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Kanada starts to wiggle out of back control, Mauro lets him escape putting them both on their feet. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Mauro Castro takes the back of Masato who works for a kimura. Mauro Castro pulls his arm out of the hold and push Masato away. Kanada lands a strong outside leg kick but is met with a counter hook from "Dos Cigaros PorFavor" that puts him on the floor. Mauro Castro stands over Masato, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Masato is able to grab an arm and pull Mauro Castro into his guard. The bell signals the end of round 3.

Round 4
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Masato Kanada attempts to grab the plum but is hit by an aggressive uppercut from Mauro. Kanada takes the back of Mauro Castro who works for a kimura. Kanada pulls his arm out of the hold and push Mauro Castro away. Mauro feints and follows up with a hard cross. Masato stalks forward paws away with a couple jabs missing the mark. Mauro connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. Castro connects with a strong right hook. Mauro dodges a jab and throws a kick to the midsection of Masato Kanada. Masato Kanada lands a strong outside leg kick but is met with a counter hook from Castro that puts him on the floor. Mauro Castro stands over Masato Kanada, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Masato Kanada is able to grab an arm and pull Mauro Castro into his guard. Round 4 is over.

Round 5
"MK12" connects with a hard jab as Castro attempts a wide outside hook. "Dos Cigaros PorFavor" throws a hard leg kick but is checked by "MK12". Mauro Castro dodges a series of strikes from Kanada and counters with a body shot and cross. Mauro Castro then backs up and wags a finger at Kanada. Masato lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a strong uppercut. Mauro Castro connects with a strong right hook. Masato Kanada sends Castro to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard.Round 5 comes to a close.
