Round 1
"The Saint" is staggered by a jab to the chin. Carter sends Peterson to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Peterson is pummeled by some well timed bombs from "Late Bloomer". Peterson is caught in a can opener and opens his guard. He lands two quick strikes but "Late Bloomer" transitions to half guard. Gabe Carter is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Christopher Peterson gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Christopher is able to make it back to the standing position. "Late Bloomer" throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Christopher Peterson is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Gabe Carter is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Christopher. Christopher now has side control.Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
Gabe narrowly dodges a cross from Christopher Peterson, but falls catching him in his guard. Christopher attempts to set in a hammer lock from being caught in the guard. Gabe Carter slips out of it at the last moment. Carter starts to create some distance with his legs, Christopher capitalizes by passing to side control. Christopher wraps the arm of Gabe Carter behind his back and traps it. Christopher pounds away with shots to the face. Peterson attempts an armbar, but Carter stops the attempt. Peterson uses the oppurtunity to take mount. Carter attempts to buck Christopher Peterson off from mount but Christopher Peterson keeps his base and maintains position. Carter shifts his head and hips to keep "The Saint" off balance and unable to land strikes. Round 2 is finished.

Round 3
Gabe Carter narrowly dodges a cross from Peterson, but falls catching him in his guard. Christopher Peterson pushes down "Late Bloomers" leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. "Late Bloomer" tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. Gabe Carter hits an upward elbow on Christopher, and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though Christopher takes side control. Christopher Peterson lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Gabe tries to get back to full guard, but has to settle with half guard. Gabe tries to scramble out of half guard, but Christopher takes his back during it. Christopher Peterson tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. "The Saint" peppers Gabe with several shots to the face. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 4
"The Saint" sends Gabe to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Christopher Peterson frees a leg and moves into half guard. Christopher slams his knee into Carters ribs. Christopher slips out of half guard and into side control. Peterson lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Gabe tries to get back to full guard, but has to settle with half guard. "Late Bloomer" tries to scramble out of half guard, but Peterson takes his back during it. Gabe Carter carefully protects himself from Petersons strikes. Giving up his back, Gabe panics and gives up mount instead. The round comes to an end.

Round 5
Christopher narrowly dodges a cross from Carter, but falls catching him in his guard. A right hand from Peterson while in guard angers "Late Bloomer" who returns the favor with a powerful right hand. "Late Bloomer" sits up in Petersons open guard and spins to an leg lock. "The Saint" is able to gator-roll out of it and make it to standing. Gabe Carter eats a jab,jab, then a hook from "The Saint". Christopher hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Gabe Carter locks around the waist of "The Saint". He sneaks his foot behind Christopher Petersons and trips him to the floor, taking side control. "Late Bloomer" attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from Christopher for his troubles. "The Saint" sweeps over "Late Bloomer" and quickly obtains mount position. The round comes to an end.
