Round 1
Fred throws a hard leg kick but is checked by Dory Rogers. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "King Of The Ring" works to Dory Rogerss back while standing. "King Of The Ring" throws a couple of outside shots until Dory Rogers is able to work his way back to the clinch. Fred Ward works Dory into the cage from the clinch. Fred Ward presses his head under Rogerss chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Fred takes the back of Dory Rogers who works for a kimura. Fred pulls his arm out of the hold and push Dory Rogers away. "King Of The Ring" weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty hook. Ward counters a jab with a stiff uppercut. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. "King Of The Ring" stuffs a shot from Dory and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
Fred Ward pummels Rogers with a series of rapid fire fists. Dory Rogers eats a strong cross as Fred Ward moves into the clinch. "King Of The Ring" works to Dory Rogerss back while standing. "King Of The Ring" throws a couple of outside shots until Dory Rogers is able to work his way back to the clinch. Fred works to Dorys back while standing. Round 3
Dory Rogers connects with a teep to the face of "King Of The Ring". Rogers fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. Ward quickly takes his back. Ward tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Dory Rogers slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Dory Rogers lands a devastating overhand right on "King Of The Ring". Dory Rogers hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Rogers parries Wards jab and connect with a cross that floors Fred Ward. The round comes to an end.

Round 4
Dory parries "King Of The Rings" jab and lands a liver shot. Dory Rogers throws a crisp jab, but "King Of The Ring" slips it and moves in for the clinch. Dory Rogers drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Fred sets a guillotine choke but Dory Rogers slips out at the last moment. Dory Rogers is now caught in guard. Fred Ward attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Ward connects with a sweeping kick at the leg of Dory Rogers. Dory looks to press the action with a flurry of punches but Fred lands a strong lead-leg kick and circles away. A welt begins to form under Rogerss eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Fred. The bell signals the end of round 4.

Round 5
Fred takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Dory Rogers feints and follows up with a hard crossto the head of "King Of The Ring". Rogers catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Fred Ward. Dory Rogers kicks at the legs of "King Of The Ring" and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells "King Of The Ring" to stand. Rogers catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping "King Of The Ring". Rogers stands over Fred, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Fred cannot trap him in his guard and pushes him away instead. Rogers kicks at the legs of "King Of The Ring" and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells "King Of The Ring" to stand. Dory connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of "King Of The Ring". Dory Rogers parries Fred Wards jab and lands a hook that floors Fred. The round comes to an end.
