Round 1
A welt begins to form under McDaniels eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Bo Tang. Bo Tang fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with "Wuhappen Wuz". Bo Tang gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. Bo Tang decides to abandon the clinch by pulling guard and bringing McDaniel with him. Bo gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Tang uses butterfly guard to get Cee Cee McDaniel back into his guard. McDaniel is pulled close and is hit with a couple of strong heel strikes to the back. Bo Tang attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Cee Cee McDaniel winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Cee Cee McDaniel takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Cee Cee McDaniel throws a few strikes allowing him to clinch with his opponent. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. McDaniel is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. Bo Tang tries to break away from the clinch to no avail. McDaniel has him on lockdown, peppering him with stiff shots. Tang works to McDaniels back while standing. Tang throws a couple of outside shots until McDaniel is able to work his way back to the clinch.Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
Bo eats a strong cross as Cee Cee moves into the clinch. "Wuhappen Wuz" connects a few knees to the upper torso of Tang. McDaniel breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. Tang hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. "Wuhappen Wuz" connects with a series of punches forcing Tang into a clinch. Tang receives a couple of stiff short hooks in the clinch. "Wuhappen Wuz" lands a powerful knee to the face of Bo. "Wuhappen Wuz" directs the head of Bo leading to a stiff knee to the face. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 4
"Wuhappen Wuz" connects with jab cross combination. Bo is staggered by a jab to the chin. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Bo attempts to grab the plum but is kept off balance by McDaniels strikes. McDaniel takes Bos back standing. McDaniel lands a couple of uppercuts from behind. Bo is able to work his way back around. An attempt at a clinch takedown from McDaniel is defended well by Bo. McDaniel grabs an overhook, steps to the side to land two haymaker body shots, then an uppercut. McDaniel returns to the clinch. Cee Cee McDaniel drops down and thrusts forward with a textbook double leg takedown. Round 4 comes to a close.

Round 5
Cee Cee pressures his opponent into clinching. Bo swims to double underhooks and turns "Wuhappen Wuz" but "Wuhappen Wuz" gets double underhooks of his own and rotates Bo right back into the cage. McDaniel breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. Bo throws a push kick. "Wuhappen Wuz" shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Bo Tangs nose. Cee Cee McDaniel starts to put on the pressure, forcing Bo back into the cage. Cee Cee McDaniel takes advantage and clinches. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. An attempt at a clinch takedown from Cee Cee is defended well by Bo. Cee Cee grabs an overhook, steps to the side to land two haymaker body shots, then an uppercut. Cee Cee returns to the clinch. Bo Tang is in the clinch with Cee Cee, and changes levels for a beautiful double leg takedown.Round 5 comes to a close.
