Round 1 A welt begins to form under Armantas Dagyss eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Sarki. Sarki Maluma narrowly dodges a cross from Armantas, but falls catching him in his guard. Dagys frees a leg and moves into half guard. Sarki Maluma gets to his knees. Dagys successfully grabs a strong overhook but Sarki Maluma grabs his opponents wrist and uses a mini kimura lock to sweep Dagys over to his back. Sarki Maluma gets to side control. Armantas gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Sarki stuffs a shot from Armantas Dagys and hits him with an outside body shot. Armantas Dagys gives up on the takedown and pulls guard. Armantas is almost caught in a omoplata but is able to work his way back to guard. Maluma sits up in Dagyss open guard and spins to an leg lock. Armantas Dagys is able to gator-roll out of it and make it to standing. Sarki connects with numerous jabs to the face of Armantas Dagys. A wild hook from Sarki is ducked by Armantas Dagys who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Dagys attempts a takedown, but cannot finish it. Sarki takes advantage of the moment taking side control. Maluma throws his knee into the ribs of Armantas. A series of strong hammerfists forces Armantas to try and roll toward Maluma. Maluma lands a devastating shovel punch that roll Armantas to his back. Maluma scrambles to his back. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Maluma takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. A jab-hook-uppercut combo has Sarki stepping back and shaking the cobwebs out. Sarki throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Armantas Dagys. Armantas Dagys keeps Maluma at a distance with some well timed jabs. Sarki Maluma snaps back the head of Dagys with a stiff jab. Dagys peppers Maluma with a flurry of punches that cannot be kept up with. Maluma throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Armantas Dagys is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Sarki winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Malumas legs are wobbled by a strong hook to the temple then a shovel punch to the jaw. Both fighters move in to strike but miss their marks. As they jockey for position in the clinch Maluma wins the momentum battle and falls into side control on top of Armantas. Round 3 is over.
Round 4 Dagys throws a hard jab but Sarki throws a cross right over the top rocking Dagys. A trip to the ground allows Dagys to move into the guard of Maluma. Maluma gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Sarki Maluma pulls the foot in of Dagys using leverage to sweep him into side control. Armantas sweeps over Sarki and quickly obtains mount position. Armantas Dagys is pulled in tight, and then switched over on his back. Sarki Maluma is now caught in Armantas Dagyss guard. An heel strike attempt is dodged by Sarki and he traps Armantas Dagyss extended leg to move to half guard. Maluma is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Dagys bucks off Sarki Maluma and both fighters get to their feet. Armantas keeps Maluma at a distance with some well timed jabs. Round 4 comes to a close.
Round 5 Sarki Maluma lands a double jab. Sarki Maluma hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Dagys circles Sarki, landing jabs at will. Sarki keeps Dagys at a distance with some well timed jabs. Sarki is sent backwards from a series of punches from Dagys. Armantas connects with a strong right hook. Sarki Maluma gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Round 5 comes to a close.
