Round 1
Saad Nejem presses forward, grabbing the plum and lands a strong hook, buckling Hamilton to the mat. Saad Nejem stands back and waves Hamilton up. Otto attempts a striking combination, but Nejem forces the clinch. Nejem grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow that cuts Hamilton under the eye. Nejem lands some solid knees to the legs of Otto Hamilton from the clinch. Hamilton recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Otto Hamilton hits an uppercut to the head of Saad followed by a hard hook. Otto circles "The Saad Saad Man", landing jabs at will. Nejem lands a strong outside leg kick and follows it up with a jab-cross combo. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
"The Saad Saad Man" is sent backwards from a series of punches from Otto Hamilton. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "The Saad Saad Man" drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Otto sets a guillotine choke but "The Saad Saad Man" slips out at the last moment. "The Saad Saad Man" is now caught in guard. Saad Nejem uses strikes to open Ottos guard. Saad Nejem stands up and waves Otto up. A welt begins to form under "The Saad Saad Mans" eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Otto Hamilton. Saad Nejem throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Otto. Hamilton hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Saad Nejem. The bell signals the end of round 2.

Round 3
Saad throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Hamilton. Otto Hamilton connects with jab cross combination. Nejem throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Otto is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Saad throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Hamilton. Otto hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of "The Saad Saad Man". Otto lands a hook to the body. Otto is staggered by a jab to the chin. Otto lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Saad Nejem. Otto keeps Saad at a distance with some well timed jabs. Nejems legs are wobbled by a strong hook to the temple then a shovel punch to the jaw. The round comes to an end.

Round 4
Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. "The Saad Saad Man" throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Otto is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. "The Saad Saad Man" lands multiple inside leg kicks that have Hamilton circling away. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. A stiff elbow looks to have Hamilton dazed. Nejem connects with a stiff knee to the chin. Otto Hamilton is dazed on the mat. Saad Nejem throws a short kick to the downed Otto Hamilton. Otto Hamilton takes the chance to rise back to his feet. The bell signals the end of round 4.

Round 5
Otto Hamilton hits an uppercut to the head of Nejem followed by a hard hook. Otto Hamilton connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. "The Saad Saad Man" ducks a punch and snatches a tight Muay Thai clinch delivering a ruthless knee to the chest followed by a slicing uppercut across the head of Otto Hamilton. "The Saad Saad Man" lands a strong outside leg kick and follows it up with a jab-cross combo. "The Saad Saad Man" attempts to clinch, but Otto connects with an uppercut to the jaw. Round 5 is finished.
