Round 2 Cyril Naldi swaying back and forth with Balanco plants front foot while throwing hands and head to the ground like a cartwheel sending the back foot up and over connecting to the head of Martin but the strike is partially blocked. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Cyril Naldi works to Martins back while standing. Cyril Naldi throws a couple of outside shots until Clyde Martin is able to work his way back to the clinch. Clyde Martin receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Cyril. Naldi takes Clyde Martins back standing. Clyde Martin isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Naldi lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Clyde Martin to release.
