Round 1 Jad snaps back the head of Panchito with a stiff jab. "El Diablillo" throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Jad is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Rivera throws a cross that easily dodged by Jad Felipe. Panchito Rivera snaps back the head of Jad Felipe with a stiff jab. Jad Felipe snaps back the head of Rivera with a stiff jab. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Both fighters begin to exchange Jad Felipe catches "El Diablillo" with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets "El Diablillo" gather himself. "El Diablillo" says he is ok and the fight continues. Felipe grabs a single leg and pushes Panchito Rivera to the fence. Both fighters are jockeying for positional control. Felipe switches to a double leg lifting Panchito Rivera in the air and slams him down violently on his head. Panchito Rivera immediately puts Felipe in his guard. Panchito begins to posture on his side. Jad Felipe lands a couple of outside hooks and Panchito returns to the guard. Rivera is caught in a can opener and opens his guard. He lands two quick strikes but Felipe transitions to half guard. Jad is able to slip into mount from the half guard. "El Diablillo" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Panchito Rivera starts to wiggle out of back control, Felipe lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Jad Felipe dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. Jad Felipe lands a double jab. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Jad lands a double jab. Panchito narrowly dodges a cross from Jad Felipe, but falls catching him in his guard. Jad takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Riveras guard. It doesn't pay off as Panchito makes his way to standing. Panchito connects with a strong body shot combo. Jad Felipe fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Panchito. Felipe grabs the plum and tosses Panchito Rivera to the ground. Jad attempts to drop a fist on "El Diablillo", but misses and lands in his guard. The round comes to an end.
Round 4 Panchito Rivera executes a single leg giving him the back of Jad. Jad Felipe tries to stand up but "El Diablillo" plants him back down with several strikes. Felipe starts to wiggle out of back control, "El Diablillo" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Jad attempts a takedown, but cannot finish it. Panchito takes advantage of the moment taking side control. Panchito attempts an armbar, but Jad stops the attempt. Panchito uses the oppurtunity to take mount. Panchito Rivera executes a double hand slap to the ears of Jad. Felipe bucks off "El Diablillo" and both fighters get to their feet. Round 4 is over.
Round 5 Jad throws a few jabs at "El Diablillo" that miss the mark. Jad connects with a hard punch making Panchito bring him in to a tight clinch. Jad Felipe works Panchito into the cage from the clinch. Jad Felipe presses his head under Riveras chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Rivera works Felipe into the cage from the clinch. Rivera presses his head under Jads chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Jad takes Riveras back standing. Panchito isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Jad lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Panchito to release. Felipe connects with a strong right hook. Panchito Rivera connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. A shot from Jad is countered by a guillotine from Rivera. Jad follows through with a slam that stuns Rivera. Jad moves to mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
