Round 1 Juan hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Patty connects with a hard punch making Juan bring him in to a tight clinch. Malley works Juan Castro into the cage from the clinch. Malley presses his head under Juans chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Patty Malley escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Castro snaps back the head of Malley with a stiff jab. "The Mallet" lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. Malley lands a solid kick to the front leg of Juan Castro. Juan Castro blocks a left high kick from "The Mallet", but is still staggered by it. "The Mallet" follows up with a strong right hook, putting Juan Castro out cold.
