Round 1
Christian connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Cole MacKenzie hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. "No Soul Cole" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Christian circles Cole, mixing jabs with body shots. "Big Nasty" unleashes a flurry of punches on "No Soul Cole". Cole MacKenzie throws a few jabs at Christian that miss the mark. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Christian Taylor connects with a series of punches forcing "No Soul Cole" into a clinch. Cole MacKenzie works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Christian Taylor spikes Cole MacKenzie into the mat with a powerful slam takedown. MacKenzie tries for a kimura from the bottom. Christian Taylor throws an outside punch and MacKenzie releases the hold. Round 2 is finished.

Round 3
"Big Nasty" hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Christian connects with a series of punches forcing Cole into a clinch. "No Soul Cole" drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Christian sets a guillotine choke but "No Soul Cole" slips out at the last moment. "No Soul Cole" is now caught in guard. "No Soul Cole" takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Christians guard. It doesn't pay off as Christian makes his way to standing. A couple of powerful body shots forces MacKenzie back to the cage. Christian swims to double underhooks. MacKenzie cannot stop Christian from stepping back and taking him to the floor. Cole MacKenzie begins to posture on his side. Christian Taylor lands a couple of outside hooks and Cole MacKenzie returns to the guard. Cole MacKenzie connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Christian attempts a combination of strikes but Cole catches a punch and moves for an armbar. Christian defends but Cole sets a short armbar. Christian is forced to tap.
