Round 1 Cherry presses forward and is able to jump up and grab onto Eugene Parker, aggressively pulling guard. Cherry grabs the arm of Eugene Parker while in guard and holds tight eating shots to ribs. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Parker is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Greg prepares to pounce, but Parker gets his bearings just in time. Greg Cherry stands over Eugene Parker, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Eugene Parker is able to grab an arm and pull Greg Cherry into his guard. Parker begins to posture on his side. Cherry lands a couple of outside hooks and Parker returns to the guard. "Garter Snake" passes through "The Destroyers" guard into mount. Eugene Parker attempts to escape mount but has no luck. "The Destroyer" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Greg lands a series of heavy punches forcing Eugene to roll to his back, giving Greg mount. Parker throws a leg off and reaches around the back of Greg Cherry capturing back control.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Greg connects with a hard right hand putting Parker on the mat. Greg goes down with him into side control. "Garter Snake" slides his knee across the body of Parker and takes full mount. "The Destroyer" attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Eugene gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "The Destroyer" carefully protects himself from Greg Cherrys strikes. Parker starts to wiggle out of back control, Greg lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Round 3 comes to a close.
Round 4 A lazy leg kick from "The Destroyer" is caught by "Garter Snake" who lands a huge overhand right, flooring "The Destroyer". Greg drops a huge strike to Eugenes chin, landing into his guard. "Garter Snake" keeps his head down in the chest of Eugene Parker to avoid any submission attempts. "Garter Snake" leans up and lands some short punches before lowering back down. Cherry takes advantage of a mental laps from Eugene and moves into full mount. Eugene lands a good elbow as Greg Cherry lowers his torso. Parker gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Cherry lays into Eugene Parker with some strong shots forcing Eugene Parker to give up mount position. Greg secures his position. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 5 Eugene eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Greg. Parker is hit with two hard punches to his face. Parker laughs off the punches. Eugene Parker fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. Cherry quickly takes his back. Greg Cherry tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Eugene Parker slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Parker is hit with two hard punches to his face. Parker laughs off the punches. "The Destroyer" throws a hard jab but "Garter Snake" throws a cross right over the top rocking "The Destroyer". Round 5 is over.
