Round 1

Dexter Griffin dodges some ground strikes from Brett Farmer, and sends a few back of his own. Farmer presses the action while in the guard, but Dexter is able to switch him into mount. Griffin punishes "The Fury" with a series of strikes from the mount. Dexter Griffin secures his position. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
Farmer snaps back the head of Griffin with a stiff jab. Farmer attempts a takedown but slips, and Griffin backs away. Griffin is standing over Farmer. Griffin cannot find an opening to pounce. The ref brings "The Fury" back to his feet. Griffin connects with a right that puts "The Fury" off balance tumbling to the mat, as Griffin towers over him. Dexter attempts to drop a fist on Brett Farmer, but misses and lands in his guard. Brett Farmer connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. A tight body triangle from the bottom position forces Dexter Griffin to pull "The Fury" close. Dexter Griffin is having trouble breathing in "The Furys" guard. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
Griffin attempts a takedown but slips, and Brett Farmer backs away. Brett Farmer is standing over Griffin. Brett Farmer attempts to drop a fist on Dexter Griffin, but misses and lands in his guard. Dexter Griffin is almost caught in a omoplata but is able to work his way back to guard. Brett Farmer distracts Dexter with peppering shots. Brett Farmer then isolates a leg and sinks a achilles lock. Dexter is able to force his way out but gives up mount in the ensuing scramble. Farmer secures his position. Griffin gets pummeled by the fists of Brett. Griffin gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. "The Fury" begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Griffin rolls to being mounted instead. Farmer punishes Dexter Griffin with a series of strikes from the mount. Round 3 is over.

Round 4
A wild hook from Brett Farmer is ducked by Dexter who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Griffin connects with a right that puts "The Fury" off balance tumbling to the mat, as Griffin towers over him. Dexter Griffin cannot find an opening to pounce. The ref brings Brett back to his feet. Dexter connects with a right that puts "The Fury" off balance tumbling to the mat, as Dexter towers over him. Griffin attempts to drop a fist on Farmer, but misses and lands in his guard. Round 5
Brett fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Griffin. Dexter Griffin works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. "The Fury" attempts to pull guard, but slips, putting him on the ground, and with Dexter standing over him. Dexter attempts to drop a fist on Brett, but misses and lands in his guard. Brett throws a couple of chop shots but Dexter returns with vicious ground and pound. Dexter Griffin strikes to the body of Brett from in guard, opening Brett up for a headshot which bruises his brow. "The Fury" is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Dexter Griffin. Brett throws his leg over for a tight armbar from the bottom. Dexter Griffin has to tap.
