Round 1 Kijmuta circles Blais, mixing jabs with body shots. "EmSeaSea" attempts a striking combination, but "MCC" forces the clinch. Akira Kijmuta lands a knee to the chest of Blais, putting them both off balance and to the floor. Kijmuta backs out of the guard, and chooses to stand with his opponent, allowing him to his feet. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Blais connects with a stiff knee to the chin. Kijmuta is dazed on the mat. Blais lays into Kijmuta with some stomps. Kijmuta can't handle it as the ref stops the fight.
