Round 1 Masaru attempts a takedown but slips, and Ted Turner backs away. Ted Turner is standing over Masaru. Ted Turner drops a huge strike to Fuschidas chin, landing into his guard. Turner drops a few strong punches, opening up Masarus guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Turner telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Masaru gives up his back to stop the attempt. Masaru carefully protects himself from Teds strikes. Turner lands a series of heavy punches forcing Masaru to roll to his back, giving Turner mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Fuschida parries "TBSs" jab and connect with a cross. Masaru snaps back the head of Ted with a stiff jab. The fighters circle each other. Turner is staggered by a jab to the chin. "TBS" throws a cross that easily dodged by Fuschida. Fuschida executes a single leg giving him the back of "TBS". Round 2 is over.
Round 3 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. "TBS" attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Masaru pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. The fighters circle each other. Masaru Fuschida connects with a strong right hook. Fuschida connects with a strong right hook. Masaru takes down Ted Turner, but remains standing over him. Fuschida lays into Turners thighs with some well timed kicks while "TBS" is grounded. Round 3 is finished.
