Round 1
Turner is staggered by a jab to the chin. Dave Morin snaps back the head of Dalton with a stiff jab. Dave Morin connects with a series of punches forcing Dalton into a clinch. Dave escapes the clinch and creates some distance. A single-leg attempt is well defended by Dalton. Dave stands up, lifting the leg of Dalton and executing a trip takedown. Dalton Turner attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Morin narrowly dodges a cross from Dalton Turner, but falls catching him in his guard. Morin sets in an omaplata, forcing Dalton to roll through, giving Morin side control. Dalton almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Dalton Turner gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
The fighters circle each other. Morin takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Turner circles Dave, landing jabs at will. Dave connects with a series of punches forcing Dalton into a clinch. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
Morin keeps Dalton at a distance with some well timed jabs. Dave catches a leg kick from Dalton Turner, and puts him on the mat. Dave tries to pass guard but Turner stops him with a well timed punch. An heel strike attempt is dodged by Dave Morin and he traps Dalton Turners extended leg to move to half guard. Dalton Turner tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. Morin tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Dave is able to slip into mount from the half guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
