Round 1
Rodriquez is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from "The Punisher". "The Punisher" now has side control. "The Punisher" attempts an armbar, but Miguel stops the attempt. "The Punisher" uses the oppurtunity to take mount. "The Punisher" maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Rodriquez gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Rodriquez carefully protects himself from Baileys strikes. Bailey attempts to lock in a rear naked choke, but Miguel Rodriquez rolls into to mount to cleverly avoid it. Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
Miguel Rodriquez takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Rodriquez fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing "The Punisher" to a corner. "The Punisher" swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. Bailey connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Rodriquez presses the action while in the guard, but Bailey is able to switch him into mount. Randy maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Miguel Rodriquez shifts his head and hips to keep Randy off balance and unable to land strikes. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
Miguel Rodriquez snaps back the head of "The Punisher" with a stiff jab. Randy Bailey is staggered by a jab to the chin. Rodriquez executes a single leg giving him the back of Randy Bailey. Miguel Rodriquez peppers Randy Bailey with several shots to the face. Randy starts to wiggle out of back control, Miguel lets him escape putting them both on their feet. The fighters circle each other. "The Punisher" connects with a right that puts Miguel off balance tumbling to the mat, as "The Punisher" towers over him. Round 3 comes to a close.
