Round 1
Koichi throws a cross that easily dodged by Dave Morin. The fighters circle each other. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Dave escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Dave fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Koichi to a corner. Koichi swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. Yamato attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Morin narrowly dodges a cross from "Green Eyed Dragon", but falls catching him in his guard. Dave sets in an omaplata, forcing Koichi Yamato to roll through, giving Dave side control. Morin throws his knee into the ribs of "Green Eyed Dragon". Koichi is able to get back to full guard. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
"Green Eyed Dragon" circles Dave, mixing jabs with body shots. "Green Eyed Dragon" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Koichi takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Yamato throws a cross that easily dodged by Dave Morin. The bell signals the end of round 2.

Round 3
Koichi circles Dave, landing jabs and crosses at will. Yamato throws a cross that easily dodged by Dave. "Green Eyed Dragon" executes a single leg giving him the back of Morin. Dave tries to explode out the backdoor but Yamato sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Dave falls flat to protect himself. Dave is able to make it back to the standing position. "Green Eyed Dragon" connects with a strong right hook. "Green Eyed Dragon" executes a single leg giving him the back of Dave. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
