Round 1 A single-leg attempt is well defended by Nate. Huerta stands up, lifting the leg of Nate and executing a trip takedown. Nate gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Quico drops an elbow onto the forehead of Nate. Quico slips out of half guard and into side control. Nate Foster takes a few knees to the body while under Quicos side control. Quico lands a few stiff elbows from side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Foster is staggered by a jab to the chin. Quico Huerta is staggered by a jab to the chin. Huerta ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Foster to the mat, and his back. Foster carefully protects himself from "GC Red Alerts" strikes. Nate Foster starts to wiggle out of back control, Quico lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Quico Huerta circles Nate, landing jabs at will. Nate is met with a cross and a liver shot that staggers him. "GC Red Alert" explodes with a flurry of punches. Nate is then thrown to the floor. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Quico Huerta connects with a series of punches forcing Foster into a clinch. Nate executes a sweeping throw, planting Quico Huerta on the mat. Quico Huerta almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Nate Foster attempts an armbar, but Huerta stops the attempt. Nate Foster uses the oppurtunity to take mount. Huerta pulls Foster close to avoid a flurry of strikes. Quico is hit with multiple punches, and taps out.
