Round 1
Cook parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross that sends him to the canvas. Billy follows with a falling punch into Caels guard. James drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Billy James drops a few strong punches, opening up Caels guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. "Kickboxer" gets pummeled by the fists of James. "Kickboxer" gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. "Kickboxer" carefully protects himself from "The Crisco Kids" strikes. Cook starts to wiggle out of back control, Billy James lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Cook attempts a striking combination, but "The Crisco Kid" forces the clinch. Cook works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. "The Crisco Kid" fakes a shot attempt from the clinch, opening Cael Cook up for a flurry of hooks. Cael is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. James drops a huge strike to "Kickboxers" chin, landing into his guard. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Cook receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Billy. Billy James fakes a shot attempt from the clinch, opening Cook up for a flurry of hooks. James counters a jab with a stiff uppercut. Billy throws a cross that easily dodged by Cook. Cael Cook throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from James. James parries Cooks jab and lands an uppercut that floors Cael Cook. James drops a huge strike to "Kickboxers" chin, landing into his guard. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
Billy parries Caels jab and connect with a cross. Cael attempts to clinch, but Billy connects with an uppercut to the jaw. Billy slips a cross from "Kickboxer" and lands jab cross to the body. Cael weaves through a jab-cross combo from James but is met with a powerful shot to the ribs that knocks the wind out of him. James throws an uppercut, then a cross that knocks Cael out.
