Round 1 Sammy unleashes a flurry of punches on Gunther Bamberger. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Bamberger lands some solid knees to the legs of Sammy Foster from the clinch. "The Liger" places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. "The Liger" escapes the clinch and creates some distance. "The Liger" is cut open under the eye by a standing elbow strike. Sammy Foster snaps back the head of Gunther Bamberger with a stiff jab. After dodging a jab-cross, Gunther Bamberger lands a kick to the liver of Sammy who steps back and begins to take a knee. Gunther Bamberger rushes forward to capitalize but Sammy stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. A jab from Sammy is blocked and a cross is returned by "The Liger". Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Sammy Foster circles Bamberger, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Foster fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Gunther. "The Liger" lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. A stiff elbow looks to have Gunther dazed. Bamberger escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Sammy connects with a series of punches forcing Gunther into a clinch. Sammy works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Gunther dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Foster standing over him. Sammy lays into Gunthers thighs with some well timed kicks while Gunther is grounded. Sammy attempts to drop a fist on Gunther Bamberger, but misses and lands in his guard.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 "The Liger" lands a devastating overhand right on Foster. Sammy throws a cross that easily dodged by Gunther. Bamberger snaps back the head of Sammy Foster with a stiff jab. Sammy takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Gunther is cut open under the eye by a standing elbow strike. Sammy is staggered by a jab to the chin. "The Liger" connects with a strong right hook. Round 3 comes to a close.
Round 4 Sammy eats a stiff kick to the face. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Sammy Foster drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Gunther sets a guillotine choke but Sammy Foster slips out at the last moment. Sammy Foster is now caught in guard. Sammy Foster backs out of the guard, and chooses to stand with his opponent, allowing him to his feet. After dodging a jab, Gunther Bamberger lands a kick to the ribs of Sammy who winces in pain. Gunther throws a kick to the midsection of Sammy Foster. Sammy Foster attempts a takedown which Bamberger easily avoids. Rising to his feet Sammy Foster eats a left shin to the dome. Sammy Foster is put down hard. The ref stops the fight.
