Round 1
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "Slims Shady" receives a couple of stiff short hooks in the clinch. Rich recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Johnson parries "Slims Shadys" jab and lands a liver shot. Rich Johnson circles "Slims Shady", keeping him at bay with quick strikes. Bo Hayes lands a strong outside leg kick and follows it up with a jab-cross combo. Hayes weaves through a jab-cross combo from "The Big GC" but is met with a powerful uppercut that knocks him to the floor. Rich Johnson drops a huge strike to "Slims Shadys" chin, landing into his guard. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Bo parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross that sends him to the canvas. Rich Johnson follows with a falling punch into Bos guard. "The Big GC" pulls out of the guard of Hayes, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Hayes. Hayes attempts to create some space from his guard, but Johnson sees the opening and passes to full mount. "Slims Shady" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Johnson peppers Hayes with several shots to the face. Bo starts to wiggle out of back control, Rich Johnson lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Bo attempts a striking combination, but Rich Johnson forces the clinch. Rich lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Rich fakes a shot attempt from the clinch, opening "Slims Shady" up for a flurry of hooks. Rich parries Hayess jab and connect with a cross that floors Hayes. Rich lays into Bos thighs with some well timed kicks while Bo is grounded. The bell signals the end of round 2.

Round 3
"The Big GC" lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Bo. "Slims Shady" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Rich Johnson parries Bos jab and lands an uppercut. Bo throws a cross that easily dodged by Rich Johnson. The round comes to an end.
