Round 1
Kuro parries a jab but is hit with a powerful knee to the midsection. Lukyan Melnikov sends Kuro to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Melnikov pulls out of the guard of Hirase, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Hirase. Lukyan Melnikov defends a triangle attempt, throwing Kuros straight leg over his head and makes a move for side control. "Fenrir" is able to hold him to half guard. Melnikov slams his knee into "Fenrirs" ribs. "Andrei Arlovski" slips out of half guard and into side control. Kuro Hirase gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Kuro Hirase is able to make it back to the standing position. Lukyan lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by "Fenrir". Round 1 is over.

Round 2
Kuro Hirase eats a stiff kick to the face. Lukyan Melnikov lands a hook to the body. Lukyan parries Kuro Hirases jab and connect with a cross. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Lukyan directs the head of Kuro leading to a stiff knee to the face. Melnikov connects with a stiff knee to the chin. "Fenrir" is dazed on the mat. Hirase thrusts his leg into Lukyan Melnikovs knee while grounded.Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
Hirase is hit with a hook and a shovel punch and stumbles backward. Melnikov explodes forward with a push kick that puts Hirase on the canvas. Lukyan lays into "Fenrirs" thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Hirase does so. "Fenrir" begins a combination but "Andrei Arlovski" ducks down, picking Kuro Hirases leg. "Andrei Arlovski" lifts Kuro Hirases leg as high as he can and throws a sweeping leg kick. Lukyan Melnikov lays into Kuros thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Hirase does so. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. An attempt at a clinch takedown from Lukyan is defended well by Kuro Hirase. Lukyan grabs an overhook, steps to the side to land two haymaker body shots, then an uppercut. Lukyan returns to the clinch. Kuro Hirase attempts a knee but is taken down by a basic trip. Melnikov lands in half guard. "Andrei Arlovski" drops an elbow onto the forehead of "Fenrir". "Andrei Arlovski" tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Round 3 is over.
