Round 1 Nacho sends JT Brooks to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. JT Brooks gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Nacho tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Nacho slips out of half guard and into side control. "Ehonda" drops some hammer fists on Brooks. Nacho attempts an armbar, but "Two Thumbs" stops the attempt. Nacho uses the oppurtunity to take mount.Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Soto is staggered by a jab to the chin. The fighters circle each other. Soto throws a cross that easily dodged by Brooks. The fighters circle each other. JT Brooks connects with a strong right hook. A double-leg shot is stuffed initially by Nacho Soto, but JT Brooks is able to muscle through for a takedown. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Soto fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with JT. "Ehonda" gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. JT Brooks recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. The fighters circle each other. Soto connects with a strong right hook. Nacho Soto parries JT Brookss jab and connect with a cross. Soto attempts a takedown, but Brooks clumsily falls down without much provocation. Soto drops a huge strike to Brookss chin, landing into his guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
