Round 1 Vladmir attempts a striking combination, but Rich Hughes forces the clinch. Rich works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Vladmir Makarov recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Vladmir Makarov is staggered by a jab to the chin. After dodging a jab-cross, Vladmir lands a kick to the liver of "Gunplay" who steps back and begins to take a knee. Vladmir rushes forward to capitalize but "Gunplay" stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Hughes lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Vladmir Makarov. Hughes then switch kicks Vladmir Makarov on the opposing rib. Vladmir is hit with a jab then hook to the body and stumbles backward. Rich Hughes explodes forward with a push kick that puts Vladmir on the canvas. Rich drops a powerful fist onto Makarov. Makarovs eyes roll back into his head, and this fight is over.
