Seth slides off to the side of Cherry and lands several heavy knees into his ribs. Before he can lose the position, Seth switches back to full back control. Round 3 Smith plows through Teddy with a driving double leg takedown. Seth Smith pulls out of the guard of Cherry, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Cherry. Seth forces Teddy Cherrys leg down, giving him the chance to pass into side control. Teddy takes a few knees to the body while under Seths side control. Seth attempts an armbar, but Teddy stops the attempt. Seth uses the oppurtunity to take mount. Teddy shifts his head and hips to keep Seth off balance and unable to land strikes. Smith maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Round 3 comes to a close.
