Round 1 "The Gangster" lands a solid kick to the front leg of Hector Rios. Dias strikes with a straight front kick. Dias counters a jab with a stiff uppercut. After dodging a jab-cross, Gustav lands a kick to the liver of Hector who steps back and begins to take a knee. Gustav rushes forward to capitalize but Hector stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. The fighters circle each other. Hector Rios attempts to clinch, but Gustav connects with an uppercut to the jaw. Hector Rios throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from "The Gangster" puts Hector Rios on the mat giving his back up. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 "The Gangster" counters a jab with a stiff uppercut. "The Gangster" attempts a takedown, but cannot finish it. Rios takes advantage of the moment taking side control. Gustav Dias almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Gustav gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. "The Gangster" tries to explode out the backdoor but Hector sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. "The Gangster" falls flat to protect himself. Gustav Dias tries to stand up but Hector Rios plants him back down with several strikes. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 "The Gangster" throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Hector Rios puts "The Gangster" on the mat giving his back up. Hector Rios slides off to the side of Gustav Dias and lands several heavy knees into his ribs. Before he can lose the position, Hector Rios switches back to full back control. "The Gangster" starts to wiggle out of back control, Hector lets him escape putting them both on their feet. "The Gangster" is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Hector. Hector now has side control. Hector Rios slides his knee across the body of Gustav Dias and takes full mount. Rios secures his position. Rios secures his position. Round 3 is finished.
Round 4 Hector ducks under a loopy hoop, taking "The Gangster" to the mat, and his back. "The Gangster" carefully protects himself from Rioss strikes. Dias starts to wiggle out of back control, Rios lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Gustav Dias shoots but Hector stuffs it, eventually using a whizzer to work to side control. "The Gangster" is wisely defending a kimura. Hector Rios attempts to take it but "The Gangster" is having none of it, though Hector Rios has used the chance the slide into mount. Rios secures his position. "The Gangster" is hit with multiple punches, and taps out.
