Round 1 Hector Rios eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Dias. "The Gangster" circles Rios, landing jabs at will. "The Chin Inspector " is staggered by a jab to the chin. "The Chin Inspector " throws a cross that easily dodged by "The Gangster". Hector snaps back the head of Gustav with a stiff jab.Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 "The Chin Inspector " fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Gustav to a corner. Gustav swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. Gustav is pummeled by some well timed bombs from "The Chin Inspector ". Gustav starts to create some distance with his legs, Hector Rios capitalizes by passing to side control. Gustav Dias takes a few knees to the body while under Rioss side control. "The Chin Inspector " slides his knee across the body of "The Gangster" and takes full mount. Rios secures his position. Hector Rios secures his position. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Hector Rios lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Dias escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Hector Rios throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Gustav Dias. Rios grabs for a clinch but Gustav grazes him with an uppercut. Rios staggers back, then surprises Gustav with a powerful superman punch. Dias connects with a hard right hand putting "The Chin Inspector " on the mat. Dias goes down with him into side control. The round comes to an end.
Round 4 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Gustav Dias places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Gustav escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Gustav Dias circles Rios, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Hector Rios is staggered by a jab to the chin. Gustav loses his balance from a well timed strike, and is awkwardly taken down by Hector Rios for the mistake. Hector Rios has side control. Round 4 is finished.
Round 5 Rios sends Gustav Dias to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Hector Rios is working a furious pace inside of the guard of Gustav Dias. Rios forces Gustavs leg down, giving him the chance to pass into side control. "The Chin Inspector " lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Gustav Dias is wisely defending a kimura. Hector Rios attempts to take it but Gustav Dias is having none of it, though Hector Rios has used the chance the slide into mount. Gustav shifts his head and hips to keep "The Chin Inspector " off balance and unable to land strikes. "The Gangster" pulls Hector Rios close to avoid a flurry of strikes. The round comes to an end.
