Round 1 Jerry circles Cesar Alves, landing jabs at will. Jerry Hall sends Alves to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Jerry dodges a few strikes from Alves and cuts him open with a couple of powerful elbows. Alves gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Hall slams his knee into Alvess ribs. Cesar Alves hits an upward elbow on Jerry, and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though Jerry takes side control. Alves gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Cesar Alves starts to wiggle out of back control, Jerry Hall lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Alves parries a jab but is hit with a powerful knee to the midsection. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Jerry eats a stiff kick to the face. Hall dodges a jab and throws a knee to the midsection of Cesar. Cesar keeps Jerry Hall at a distance with some well timed jabs. Cesar Alves circles Hall, landing a front snap kick that stuns him. Jerry Hall is met with a strong kick to the ribs. Hall snaps back the head of Cesar with a stiff jab. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Jerry unleashes a flurry of punches on Cesar Alves. Jerry connects with a series of punches forcing Alves into a clinch. Jerry Hall lands a powerful knee to the face of Cesar Alves. An attempt at a clinch takedown from Jerry Hall is defended well by Cesar. Jerry Hall grabs an overhook, steps to the side to land two haymaker body shots, then an uppercut. Jerry Hall returns to the clinch. Cesar recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. A stiff elbow looks to have Cesar Alves dazed. Jerry Hall connects with a stiff knee to the chin. Cesar is dazed on the mat. Hall lays into Cesars thighs with some well timed kicks while Cesar is grounded. Jerry Hall drops a huge strike to Cesar Alvess chin, landing into his guard. Round 3 is over.
