Round 1 Romero parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. Allen connects with a strong right hook. Gabriel Allen lands a hook to the body. Gabriel connects with a hard right hand putting Chelo Romero on the mat. Gabriel goes down with him into side control. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Gabriel is struck by a ball kick from Chelo that causes him to stumble backwards. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. A strong elbow forces Romero to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Gabriel lays into Chelos thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Romero does so. Chelo dodges a jab-cross combo from Allen and connects with a front snap kick, sending Allen stumbling backwards. Gabriel connects with a series of punches forcing Chelo into a clinch. An attempt at a clinch takedown from Gabriel Allen is defended well by Chelo. Gabriel Allen grabs an overhook, steps to the side to land two haymaker body shots, then an uppercut. Gabriel Allen returns to the clinch. Gabriel is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Gabriel Allen grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow to the head of Chelo Romero. Chelo Romero lands a solid kick to the front leg of Allen. Gabriel dodges a jab and lands a kick to the face of Chelo. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Chelo receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Gabriel. Gabriel connects with a stiff knee to the chin. Chelo Romero is dazed on the mat. Gabriel drops a powerful fist onto Romero. Chelos eyes roll back into his head, and this fight is over.
