Round 1 Jerry throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Connor puts Jerry on the mat giving his back up. Hall tries to stand up but Cook plants him back down with several strikes. Jerry Hall starts to wiggle out of back control, Connor lets him escape putting them both on their feet. A shot from Cook is countered by a guillotine from Hall. Cook follows through with a slam, landing in side mount, nullifying the choke. Connor Cook slides his knee across the body of Jerry Hall and takes full mount. Jerry lands a good elbow as Connor lowers his torso. Connor telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Jerry Hall gives up his back to stop the attempt.Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Cook lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. Jerry Hall eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Connor Cook. Connor Cook grabs for a clinch but Hall grazes him with an uppercut. Connor Cook staggers back, then surprises Hall with a powerful superman punch. Cook ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Jerry to the mat, and his back. Jerry Hall carefully protects himself from Connors strikes. Jerry Hall rolls back into being mounted.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Jerry dodges a jab and throws a knee to the midsection of Cook. Jerry Hall fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Connor. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Jerry throws a short elbow at Connor Cook. Connor Cook recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Jerry lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Connor. Jerry then switch kicks Connor on the opposing rib. Cooks legs are wobbled by a strong hook to the temple then a shovel punch to the jaw. After dodging a jab, Jerry Hall lands a kick to the liver of Connor who steps back only to take a knee. Jerry Hall rushes forward to capitalize but Connor falls to his back to avoid the onslaught. Round 3 is finished.
