Round 1
Whelan takes a punch to the jaw. He drops his hands and asks Bram to hit him harder. Bram De Groot strikes with a straight front kick. Mark moves in to press the action, but De Groot lands a heavy back kick. Bram De Groot lands a strong outside leg kick and follows it up with a jab-cross combo. Bram snaps back the head of Mark with a stiff jab. "The Real Deal" lands multiple inside leg kicks that have Bram De Groot circling away.Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
Mark Whelan moves in to press the action, but Bram lands a heavy back kick. "The Real Deal" lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs. Whelan lands a looping hook to De Groots temple, backing him off. Whelan follows with a lead-leg kick that buckles Bram De Groot the ground. Mark kicks at the legs of Bram De Groot and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Bram De Groot to stand. Bram De Groot parries a jab but is hit with a powerful knee to that midsection that drops him to the floor. A solid kick bruises the leg of Bram De Groot. "The Real Deal" kicks at the legs of De Groot and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells De Groot to stand. Mark shuffles away from Brams strikes and lands a powerful chopping kick to the lead leg. Bram backs away, obviously feeling the affects of the kick. "The Real Deal" throws a strong inside leg kick that staggers De Groot. "The Real Deal" then shoots in taking De Groot down and finds his way to half guard. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
Bram parries a jab but is hit with a powerful knee to the midsection. Whelan pushes away from Bram and lands a strong chopping kick to the lead leg. Bram is struck by a ball kick from "The Real Deal" that causes him to stumble backwards. "The Real Deal" circles De Groot, mixing jabs with body shots. "The Real Deal" lands a outside leg kick that causes De Groot to back up. Mark Whelan lands multiple inside leg kicks that have Bram circling away. Round 3 is finished.
