Round 1
Derrick Landry is staggered by a jab to the chin. Chase fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Landry. A full foot sweep knocks Landry to the ground. Chase Jenkins hovers over Derrick Landry pushing his legs to the side and throwing punches down at his body and head. Derrick Landry sends a hard up kick that rocks Chase Jenkins. Derrick Landry stands back up. Landry is hit with a hook and a shovel punch and stumbles backward. Chase Jenkins explodes forward with a push kick that puts Landry on the canvas. Jenkins chucks Landrys legs to a side to attempt a soccer kick but misses and he elects to sprawl into side control. Derrick takes a few knees to the body while under Chase Jenkinss side control. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
Derrick Landry connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Landry connects with a hard jab as Chase Jenkins attempts a wide outside hook. Chase hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Derrick. Derrick Landry attempts a striking combination, but Chase forces the clinch. Jenkins stomps the feet of Landry. A full foot sweep knocks Landry to the ground. "Chasing Dust" dances around Landrys legs and throws a hard kick to the body. The bell signals the end of round 2.

Round 3
Landry throws a cross that easily dodged by Chase Jenkins. Chase sends Derrick to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Jenkins pulls out of the guard of Derrick Landry, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Derrick Landry. A kimura attempt is defended well by "Chasing Dust" and he is able to sneak his leg through Landrys loose guard, to half guard. Derrick Landry holds the head of Chase Jenkins close to avoid shots. Chase Jenkins slams shots to his opponents ribs and throws hard elbows to the thighs. "Chasing Dust" slips out of half guard and into side control. Derrick gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Derrick starts to wiggle out of back control, Chase lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Derrick eats a stiff kick to the face. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
