Round 1 Perkins takes Fritz Norman down to the mat with a good double leg takedown, leading to him standing over Fritz Norman. Curt Perkins attempts to drop a fist on Fritz Norman, but misses and lands in his guard. Perkins sits up and fakes a double axehandle to the face, instead striking the body. Fritz pulls Perkins close while he regains his breath. Perkins attempts to pass Fritz Normans guard, and does so, but receives multiple strikes in the attempt. Fritz pulls "Lob City" close to avoid a flurry of strikes. Fritz gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Fritz rolls back into being mounted. Curt executes a double hand slap to the ears of Fritz Norman. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Curt Perkins circles Norman, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. A welt begins to form under Normans eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Perkins. A wild hook from Fritz is ducked by "Lob City" who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Perkins snaps back the head of Fritz Norman with a stiff jab. "Lob City" connects with a hard punch making Fritz bring him in to a tight clinch. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Fritz takes a punch while shooting but executes the takedown and ends up in Curts guard. Fritz Norman passes through Curt Perkinss guard into mount. "Lob City" gets pummeled by the fists of Fritz Norman. "Lob City" gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Curt Perkins starts to wiggle out of back control, Fritz lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Curt Perkins narrowly dodges a cross from Fritz Norman, but falls catching him in his guard. Fritz takes advantage of a mental laps from Curt and moves into full mount. Norman telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but "Lob City" gives up his back to stop the attempt. Fritz Norman peppers "Lob City" with several shots to the face. Perkins attempts to stand up, but Norman throws his leg over, setting an armbar. Perkins taps out.
