Round 1 The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Lombard connects with a brutal kick to the liver of Emil Strand who falls to the ground. Lombard waves him back to his feet. Emil Strand pushes away from "Big Poppa Pump" and lands a strong chopping kick to the lead leg. Gabriel catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Strand. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Emil Strand connects with a hard punch making "Big Poppa Pump" bring him in to a tight clinch. Emil lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Emil Strand takes Lombards back standing. "Big Poppa Pump" isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Emil Strand lands a sharp shovel punch that forces "Big Poppa Pump" to release. After dodging a jab, Emil Strand lands a kick to the ribs of Gabriel Lombard who winces in pain. Emil Strand throws an axe kick that misses the target. Gabriel Lombard connects with a strong body shot combo. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Lombard attempts to clinch, but Strand connects with an uppercut to the jaw. Lombard circles Emil Strand, landing a front snap kick that stuns him. Gabriel Lombard is cornered by Emil who tries to press the action. Gabriel Lombard is able to block well and circles away from Emil, delivering a chopping leg kick and a grazing cross as he does so. Emil throws an axe kick that misses the target. Lombard strikes with a straight front kick. A powerful roundhouse kick to the head sends Gabriel Lombard to the floor. The round comes to an end.
Round 4 Gabriel hits an uppercut to the head of Strand followed by a hard hook. Emil Strand lands a solid kick to the front leg of Lombard. Emil Strand connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. "Big Poppa Pump" hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Strand. Gabriel Lombard lands a jab, but it is returned by a sick uppercut from Emil Strand. Lombard connects with a hard punch making Emil bring him in to a tight clinch. The round comes to an end.
Round 5 Gabriel is cornered by Strand who tries to press the action. Gabriel is able to block well and circles away from Strand, delivering a chopping leg kick and a grazing cross as he does so. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Gabriel drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Emil Strand sets a guillotine choke but Gabriel slips out at the last moment. Gabriel is now caught in guard. Strand backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. A wild hook from Emil is ducked by Gabriel Lombard who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Gabriel Lombard winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Gabriel Lombard eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Emil. Round 5 is finished.
